We believe in the power of laughter...come practice yoga, breath and laughter with us. We are a community of yogis committed to supporting and thriving together! Expect upbeat music, blacklight vibes, playful sequencing, and plenty of opportunities to get your groove on.

Come shake off the week, reconnect with your body, and enjoy hanging out in community. We’ll begin with time to socialize and settle in, then move through a creative flow that feels expressive, strong, and joyful. No pressure to be perfect. Just move, sweat, laugh, and have fun!

In this foundational workshop, you’ll learn how different stones carry distinct energetic qualities and how to work with them in a way that feels intentional and supportive. We’ll explore how crystals relate to the body’s energy centers (chakras) in a grounded, approachable way — connecting subtle energy to real, everyday life.
You’ll also create your own energy-aligned crystal bracelet to take home, choosing the stones that feel most supportive for this season you’re in.

Our Story

Buka is Sanskrit for Hummingbird. This particular Sanskrit word also means Laughter. Hummingbirds hold a level of awe and wonder for me. They flit and fly through life in such a graceful way, all the while not knowing how beautiful their feathers are. I believe laughter heals all wounds and in some small way, I believe hummingbirds laugh their way through life. From one flower to another. So it seemed fitting, that this beautiful practice of yoga should honor both things in one. Welcome, to Buka Yoga. You probably hear a lot of people say...Yoga saved my life. And maybe you thought what a silly thing to say. I can honestly say, Yoga saved my life. I found Yoga at a place I would call rock bottom in my career and life. Not really knowing what to do, I went on a retreat with a friend...and my life was changed. I had no idea the power of feeling my body in poses, of going inward and listening to my breath how calming my mind would start to become. 2 years later, I decided to enter into my 200 RYT hours program through One Yoga and graduated July 18, 2017. This is now a lifelong journey of learning, connecting and inner growth that I love sharing with others and learning from them. I am now the proud owner of Buka Yoga in downtown Castle Rock, CO. Come join myself and the lovely teachers we have for a transformational yoga experience.
