Saturday was one for the books 🤍

We had the best time hosting .birth for a fun event on “What Dad Can Do During Labor!” Birth is not just a mom event- partners and your support team play such a powerful role in creating a calm, supported environment.

From hands-on comfort techniques, to learning how to advocate, support, and stay connected through each stage - it was incredible watching everyone gain tools and confidence for the big day.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made this event special. We love bringing the community together to learn, prepare, and feel empowered heading into birth.

We are already looking forward to hosting more events like this in the future ⭐️ Stay Tuned!!
