✨Meet Lauren – Our Client Care Coordinator ✨

Lauren is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear—and trust us, her warmth is no accident! She helps keep things running smoothly with a mix of organization, humor, and heart. Lauren brings a whole lot of joy to everything she does. Get to know her a little better below!

Q: If you could have dinner with any fictional character, who would it be and why?
A: Remus Lupin, no question! He’s always been my favorite character as long as I can remember. He's the perfect mix of gentle and fierce. I feel like we’d have the deepest conversations and then end the night casting "Riddikulus" spells at all our anxieties. Instant therapy.

Q: What’s your go-to song when you need a mood boost?
A: Pyramid Country by Billy Strings. It’s my instant happy place—banjos, mandolins, bluegrass, and all the feel-goods. Guaranteed to start dancing!

Q: If you had a free day with no responsibilities, how would you spend it?
A: As a mom of two littles, “no responsibilities” sounds like a spa day for my soul. I’d happily lounge in PJs, sip hot coffee (while it's still hot!), and maybe even take a nap without interruption. Yes please!

Q: If you could only watch one TV show or movie for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A: Severance totally had me hooked—so many hidden details, I feel like every time I watched it I discovered something new. But let’s be real… The Office is the MVP. It’s my comfort show, my old reliable. Bears. Beets. Battlestar Galactica.

Q: What’s one thing you’re proud of, big or small?
A: Becoming a mom. Nothing has grown me, stretched me, or filled my heart quite like it. It’s the hardest but most beautiful thing I’ve ever done.
