Premier Chiropractic is a chiropractic clinic specializing in low back pain, neck pain, headaches, and other musculoskeletal injuries. We utilize thorough new patient exams and evidence based treatment plans to accurately diagnose and treat many different musculoskeletal ailments.

Our doctor, Dr. Brian Meenan, grew up in the South Hills and is excited to continue to work with members of his own community. He first came to chiropractic when getting injured playing sports in high school and college. He worked at a large mutli-disciplinary clinic for 3 years before opening up his own clinic right in Mt. Lebanon. He has a passion for getting and keeping people out of pain while also improving their function.
