Time to Refresh and take steps to having more energy and enjoying the sunshine 💕
Eliminate white flour, white rice, white sugar, white bread, white pasta.
These foods are definitely low in nutrients,
Yet they fill us up, but only temporarily.
They cause an increase in cravings, spike our blood sugar, and are addictive as we always want more of them,
And we tend to overeat these white foods.
🌱Take a small step to better health,
and SUBSTITUTE white with sprouted whole grains, seeds, wild rice, coconut flour, coconut sugar, almond flour, and chickpea pasta.
