Time to Refresh and take steps to having more energy and enjoying the sunshine 💕

Eliminate white flour, white rice, white sugar, white bread, white pasta.

These foods are definitely low in nutrients,

Yet they fill us up, but only temporarily.

They cause an increase in cravings, spike our blood sugar, and are addictive as we always want more of them,

And we tend to overeat these white foods.

🌱Take a small step to better health,

and SUBSTITUTE white with sprouted whole grains, seeds, wild rice, coconut flour, coconut sugar, almond flour, and chickpea pasta.

Be an example for your children. Move your body and include them in a fun active lifestyle! My daughter started running in elementary school. I was there to watch her races and with her when she invited me to run the race for the cure. Since then we’ve enjoyed many workouts together, run a couple half of marathons and plan more this year. When I think about my health, I think about the future and about doing everything I can to stay active. As we age it’s important to build muscle and stay strong! Finding this letter from my daughters school report reminded me of just how important it is to be there and support your children’s active lifestyles too💕

This makes so much sense to me, and to be honest, I'm excited to drink something that tastes like watermelon, rather than continue to add salt to my drinks✨✨✨

Well I’m very happy with how this vegetable lasagne came out!! It’s absolutely delicious, gluten free, egg free, dairy free, meat free😉 after my 3.6.9 cleanse followed through the medical mediums “cleanse to Heal” book. I lost 8 lbs during the cleanse and also the tightness in my chest that I couldn’t seem to shift! I’ve increased my workouts and I’m feeling great!! So now as well as the health food tools I use everyday I’m experimenting with meals that align with my new lifestyle. ( occasion treats are ok, knowing how I will feel if I eat something off my plan). This recipe I made by exchanging meat for veggies and was a package of gluten free brown rice pasta, cooked and drained. One zucchini, 1 onion, and 2c kale sautés in water. Add your favorite tomato basil sauce, and cook together. Then in a casserole dish layer the sauce, pasta, sauce, data, sauce and top with a vegan shredded mozzarella cheese. This one was made with almonds. Then I baked it in a 350 F oven for about an hour. Serve with fresh salad and your favorite dressing!! This holiday season prepare in advance if you really want to stay on track with your goals. I served this to friends last night and they loved it😉🥳 Thank you
