Fridays addition to school lunch of Grilled Salmon was Tabbouleh salad. Quinoa, chick peas, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, lemon juice, parsley, olive oil. With salmon and a Cucumber, dill, yogurt sauce. On this day we always have other selections to choose from but we are introducing our kids to scratch cooking and healthy choices. They get a selection of salads and fresh fruits daily too! Our elementary school has a fantastic selection too. So grateful our staff work with passion to feed our students healthy options everyday ❤️
