o Must be able to tolerate heights and confined spaces.

We specialize in Healthcare regulatory compliance and have the expertise to maintain, service, inspect and install your passive fire protection systems including; Fire/Smoke dampers, Fire stopping, Fire doors and fire proofing needs.

Brief Description:

Responsibilities:
• Inspection of firewalls per NFPA code and ability to properly install Firestop UL assemblies.
• Make repairs on Fire/Smoke doors based off of reports

• Testing the operability of fire & smoke dampers per NFPA code
• Maintain professional, timely, communication with customers
• Experience in mechanical, HVAC, electrical repair and installation preferred, but not required • Experience in carpentry, drywall, and insulation knowledge a plus Requirements:
• Must be able to be on your feet all day

• Must be able to climb and work from a ladder for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift 30 or 40 pounds over your head while on a ladder
• Must be able to work in tight spaces
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have valid driver license
