Lifestyle Chiropractic Doctors Chris and Pamela Murray were born and raised in Michigan where they completed their undergraduate studies.

The Murray's then enrolled in Life Chiropractic College (later to be renamed Life University) in Marietta, Georgia where they graduated cm laude and receive their Doctor of Chiropractic degrees in 1985. Dr. Chris Murray has been appointed by the state of California as a Qualified Medical Evaluator as well as being listed on the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Standards Association) National registry

to perform California DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) CDL (Commercial Drivers License) exams. Lifestyle Chiropractic opened in Castro Valley in 1986. Both doctors are active in the local community and have raised three daughters all of whom have worked in and have been an active part of their thriving practice. In this office, Chiropractic is truly a family affair! Doctors Chris and Pamela Murray have devoted over 30 years to the treatment of their patients and are dedicated to assisting you and your family to achieve optimal health through Chiropractic care.
