About Us

Dig a bit deeper on what our urgent care center in Castro Valley, California is all about.

Our business started in 2013 as a partnership. The name was changed to Progressive Urgent Care in 2018.

This company is owned and operated by three excellent physicians in the community: Dr. Gurpreet Singh, MD, who has been a physician in the community for over 12 years, Dr. Shagun Bagga-Malhotra, who has been a physician for over 10 years, and Dr. Pankaj Malhotra, who has been a physician for over 10 years. They strive to have the best leadership, teamwork, and relationship with one another, the staff, the patients, and the community.
