-- X-1.4 Solar Flare - Incoming Coronal Mass Ejection --

Last night (MST) we experienced a low-level X-class solar flare, though wide duration in its action. This may be why we received many reports of symptoms flaring yesterday. The CME is due to make impact with earth as early as the next 24 hours.

This notice is for all the highly sensitive folks we work with and support. When we experience high energy impacts from the sun such as with CME's we can experience elevated heart rate, palpitations, nausea, dizziness, headache, and other symptoms related to autonomic dysfunction. In more severe situations, we have seen people experience syncope, seizure, heart attacks, and stroke. Many people have told us they experience mild symptoms, they enjoy grounding/earthing with bare feet on the ground or dipping into an in-ground pool. As these x-flares and associated CME's can produce serious symptoms, please do not ignore how you are feeling, and reach out for help if you feel unwell.

The sun released an X8.1 Solar Flare this afternoon at 4:57 PM (MST). If you noticed a headache or dizziness around this time, this may be why. After first glance of this NASA satellite feed, it does not appear that there will be much of a CME heading this way. We won't be sure until NOAA updates the space weather forecast model tomorrow. In the mean time we have a very cranky set of sunspots making their way across the sun right now, and there may be more to come from this regarding intense space weather. We will post an update tomorrow after NOAA updates their prediction model.

-- 2 Incoming CME's --

Over the weekend we experienced 2 low-level X-class solar flares, one on Saturday night and another last night. This is why many had trouble sleeping the last two nights. Both flares have appeared to produce Coronal Mass Ejections (CME's). The first CME is due to make impact with earth in the next 12 hours. For the more recent flare, we're not sure when it will hit, as NOAA has not yet updated their model, but these usually take 2-3 days to arrive. When NOAA updates their model, we will post an update.

October is Dysautonomia Awareness Month!⁠

Many people with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) or hypermobility spectrum disorder (HSD) also have a type of dysautonomia. There are different types of dysautonomia with different symptoms. ⁠

Dysautonomia, also called autonomic dysfunction, is a group of disorders that affect the autonomic nervous system.⁠

People with EDS and HSD most commonly have a form of orthostatic intolerance. “Orthostasis” means to stand upright, so orthostatic intolerance refers to symptoms that occur due to standing up or being upright.⁠

The two most common types of orthostatic intolerance are:⁠

1️⃣ Orthostatic hypotension (OH) — low blood pressure on being upright.⁠
2️⃣ Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) — an abnormal increase in heart rate when standing without a drop in blood pressure.⁠

Moderate Geomagnetic Storm Coming Tonight

We want to let everyone know that a moderate intensity geomagnetic storm is expected to make impact this evening. People living at northern US latitudes should expect to see aurora borealis in the northern skies. We are hoping it does not extend down to us in AZ.

This notice is for all the highly-sensitive people following this channel, as it may be difficult to sleep tonight. Many people may experience autonomic nervous system stress producing dizziness, palpitations, tachycardia, nausea, headache and related symptoms. As these storms can lead to stroke, heart-attack, seizure, and other severe health problems, please seek help if you are experience severely distressing symptoms.

To help mitigate the energy overload many people may experience, many people prefer to ground themselves during these events to dump the energy they accumulate. This may be done with bare feet on the ground, bathing in an in-ground pool, or by running hands under running water.

We have previously posted many books we have found inspiring relative to the services we provide at NFH. This post is about a new book from Gerald Pollack. The title is "Charged: The Unexpected Role of Electricity in the Workings of Nature." Dr. Pollack is credited for the discovery of EZ Water, or what most call "structured water." He has also provided great evidence about mechanisms of fluid flow through capillaries and lymphatics. We are looking forward to reading this latest exposition when it is released next month!

-- Now Entering Solar Flare Watch Period --

Over the next two weeks, we will be entering a period of time where we anticipate large solar flares to be released from the sun, which may produce large Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs). Indeed just yesterday an X1 class flare was released. Just over a year ago, many people we know suffered significantly due to a series of very large CMEs that hit earth and caused major exacerbations of inflammation related symptoms. The same solar system conditions that promoted those storms to happen will be at play over the next 1-2 weeks. While we hope this period of time is quiet and that we can all peacefully health and wellness, we want to let you know to keep an eye on this page at least through the end of June. If anything major happens that may significantly impact people's health, we will make a posting ASAP. Otherwise please stay cool out there as the summer heat rises!
