Wow… blown away at the CEO Healthcare hearing yesterday
What are their solutions to address rising healthcare costs.
Allow pharmacists to practice to the full extent of their license which I agree with we should ALL be allowed to practice to the full extent of our licenses so what about Nurse Practitioners nope not ONE mention of allowing FULL PRACTICE authority to help increase access to care and decrease costs.
What was their focus:
Lower drug costs, by increasing subsidies and manufacturer discounts – eye roll.
Less paperwork – put everyone on a digital medical record – more data centers – eye roll.
Expand treatments for chronic conditions – not address what is causing these conditions to PREVENT THEM in the first place.
Medicare for ALL: What!!! Why do you know if you have Medicare you CANNOT choose to pay the CASH PRICE even if it is CHEAPER for medications or other health care services. And we wonder what is wrong with the system.
Wake up people!!!! Do your research!!!! Sick people make MONEY!!!
Your health care providers should be working to put themselves out of a job because if you are not sick you won’t need them.
Most often you can pay CASH for mediations and services like labs, x-rays and other testing CHEAPER then you are paying for insurance premiums.
