Thank you and the early morning visit and the opportunity to talk about depression, anxiety, stress, and ways to support our mental health.

These conversations are meant to help people feel a little less alone in their experiences and continue reducing the stigma around getting help.

That’s a wrap for Mental Health Awareness Month! 💛

And to everyone who shared our posts, engaged with our page, or simply helped spread awareness and knowledge about mental health throughout the month: THANK YOU. You may have helped someone feel seen, seek support, or even saved a life.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone! ☀️✨

DESERT INSIGHT NEWS 💛

Did you know that your insurance may cover some or even most of the cost of therapy?

As part of our ongoing commitment to making mental health more accessible, we’re excited to share that Desert Insight is now in network with Spring Health.

Getting support should feel simple. We’re here to help.

Today Carolina was up at 5 AM with KESQ News Channel 3 talking about depression, anxiety, stress, and the everyday mental health struggles so many people quietly carry.

Thank you so much to Daniella for the opportunity to share and help bring awareness during Mental Health Awareness Month.

These conversations matter because so many people are trying to hold it together while still showing up for work, family, relationships, and everyday life. Our hope is to continue making mental health feel more normal, relatable, and less lonely while reminding people that support and healing are possible.

This list is not meant to serve as a diagnosis. As always, it’s meant to help bring awareness to different mental health experiences, encourage people to seek the right support, and remind you that you are not alone in what they’re feeling.

Mental health can show up in ways people don’t always see or understand.

You can be going to work, answering texts, smiling, working out, taking care of everyone else… and still be depressed.

This is personal blog about high functioning depression, what it can look like even in high achievers and the signs people often miss.

Many people living with depression still go to work, take care of others, smile, and keep functioning every day. This article explores what high functioning depression really looks like, the signs people often miss, and why you do not have to completely fall apart before asking for help.

That knot in your throat.

Moms….We know sometimes it’s only you and the pillow…💛

Today, we hope you remember with compassion all your efforts, all your courage…the type it takes to change a generation.

And we hope you extend yourself the same grace you so freely give to everyone else.

Happy Mother’s Day 🌻
