🌟 Meet Ashley 🌟

Ashley was born and raised in the Coachella Valley and brings the heart of our community into her work as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Ashley is trained in EMDR, DBT, and trauma-informed care. If you aren’t familiar, these are highly sought after approaches that support deep healing and growth.

Outside of work she loves spending time with family and friends and baking sweet treats that bring her peace and joy.

We are so happy to welcome her to Desert Insight 💛🌵

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Meet Lety! 🌟

Lety has been with Desert Insight since the very beginning, back when there were just a handful of us sharing a small office in Indio. Over the last two years, she has grown alongside our practice and now serves as a Clinical Supervisor, guiding with both heart and experience.

Whenever Lety walks into a room her smile lights it up and her warmth reminds us what true leadership looks like. We are so grateful for the dedication, care, and wisdom she pours into our team and clients every day.

Christa loves working with teens and young adults who are navigating self-esteem, anxiety, or depression. With over 10 years of experience supporting students and families in school settings, she brings both patience and real-world understanding to her work.

When she’s not in session, you’ll probably find her out on a run, hiking a new trail, walking her pup, or sipping on some good morning coffee. ☕🐾
