Thank you for joining us at the studio yesterday & for all the love!! A lot has evolved since we opened but the fact that we have the best community & vibes has stayed the same. You all put the ‘sol’ in SŌL Barre! I can’t wait to get back to teaching February 1st and to see what this year holds..exciting things in the works!!

The most intense workout I ever did…🥹🍼 my husband Kyle and I welcomed our sun Lennon on November 6th at 12:59pm, weighing 8 pounds 1 oz and 21.5 inches long ☀️🌈 he’s perfect and we are soaking it all in! 🩵🩵🩵
