Pine Hill Pharmacy

Pine Hill Pharmacy Pine Hill Pharmacy Inc. is an independent retail community pharmacy which provides the service you deserve. Better service! Better prices! Better Pharmacy!

A decent analogy but many of those businesses have already been run out of business through other shadow entities forcing prices to a level not sustainable which is and will continue to occur in pharmacy unless there is an "intervention" of some sort that prevents these practices to happen.

We need your help! Please take a minute to go to the link below to send a message to your state representatives to help our pharmacy. Enough pharmacies have already cut services or closed due to poor reimbursement from PBMs. These bills could help ensure that you can continue to use the pharmacy of your choice. Thank you!

We attended a rally today in Albany with pharmacists from all over NY. We spoke to our local representatives regarding legislation to help save our pharmacies from the unfortunate fate of the nearly 1000 pharmacies in NYS that have closed in just the last few years! Thank you John Lemondes For Assembly for meeting with us today. We hope Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay and NYS Senator Rachel May will also support our legislation as you have.

Pharmacies will continue to close leaving communities without a vital piece of their healthcare support if action isn’t taken quickly and PBMs aren’t forced to reimburse pharmacies fairly.

Please share and voice your support for our legislation that will keep pharmacy sustainable in your community.

Let's say you have a plan that says you should have a 20% copay. If you were charged $25.15 for a prescription that costs $35.41 would you be upset? Sadly, this is what is happening to our patients with a common local plan on a regular basis.

We need your help! Please contact Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay's office at 518-455-3751 or by email BarclayW@nyassembly.gov to ask him to cosponsor Assembly Bill A5228B.

This bill would force PBMs to reimburse pharmacies a fair amount on commercial insurance claims. Pharmacies are closing left and right and this bill can save pharmacies from closing and leaving their communities without a pharmacy.

Please also thank John Lemondes For Congress for already cosponsoring our bill! lemondesj@nyassembly.gov or 518-455-5878

Thank you!

Another small town in upstate NY is losing its pharmacy. It’s sad that PBMs are allowed to continue paying pharmacies below cost. It doesn’t make sense that busy businesses with strong community support continue to close for no fault of their own. It’d be nice if our legislators and governor finally stood up to the PBMs and passed the legislation pharmacies have been proposing for years to avoid situations like this.
