Details, details. This beauty had a good result from prior tummy tuck and good quality scars. The problem was that her scar was just too high (and asymmetric) to allow her to wear her desired bathing suit despite a revision by her original surgeon.

She had had another pregnancy following the original tummy tuck and developed a recurrent diastasis above the belly button that required repair. She also wanted to correct the position of the scar without creating new scars. With meticulous planning and ex*****on I was able to repair the diastasis and get her scar to a more desirable position without distorting her belly button (which might actually even be a little better).
Most would argue she looked great before and I completely agree. But sometimes it’s the little (big) things that really change a patient’s confidence and satisfaction. It is such a privilege to be able to help them achieve that. What do you think?

Six month result after tummy tuck with liposuction. This hard working momma was trying for years to lose some weight and feel better about herself but just wasn’t making progress. While ideally a patient would be at goal weight prior to body contouring surgery, sometimes it simply isn’t realistic. As long as the patient is healthy and falls within our BMI guidelines, great improvement can still be made with removal of extra skin and fat and repair of abdominal muscles. She did great after surgery and is so glad she decided to do it!

Ever wonder if you are getting all the product out of your skin care? I kept thinking I could see gel at the bottom of my Resveratrol pump but couldn’t get it to dispense and it was driving me crazy so I took it apart…actually an ingenious design and looks like I got just about everything I could from this one 😆

A fond farewell…
We are saying goodbye and celebrating the almost 20 years that Kathleen has been by my side as I have grown my practice. There is good reason that our patients love her so much, as she has truly been their advocate over the years. She has been an integral part of the team for a long time and we are going to miss her as she moves on to a new adventure, joining her husband as he moves out of state for his work. We are also welcoming Theresa in her new role as administrative assistant/surgical scheduler/patient advocate and all around go-to! Today was our last day in the office all together 🥲 Best of luck ! We sure will miss you❤️❤️❤️

When the patient is more fun than standard before and after pics might portray…or, Why I love Dysport so much. This beauty had never tried neuromodulator treatment and wanted to smooth her forehead lines while still looking like her sassy self. Let’s be real, she asked me to give her “filter face” and I cautiously advised that might not be completely realistic 😂
But 2 weeks later, we are both pretty convinced that we have filtered out the lines she doesn’t like while keeping her personality intact. And have never had quite so much fun doing it!

6 months after tummy tuck. I’ve said it before, but no matter how active you are or how healthy you eat, the loose skin and abdominal wall muscles can’t recover fully after having kids. Call us if you want to talk more about how we can help you feel more like yourself again!

Six months after tummy tuck with liposuction revision. This was a challenging case because our patient didn’t really have a large amount of loose hanging skin but the skin she does have has been damaged by extensive stretch marks. These marks on the skin are basically a series of scars where the surface layer stays together but the dermis breaks apart causing loss of elasticity and difficulty predicting how it will respond to contouring. This beautiful mom of 4 had had extensive liposuction for BBL elsewhere previously but still had loose skin and when we first met she was carrying most of her weight inside the abdomen, behind the muscle. I advised that she would get a better result with weight loss so she worked hard over almost a full year to get to a BMI of 30, which decreased her intra-abdominal fat and made her a much better candidate for the procedure. I know how hard it is to be ready for something and have to work and wait until you are able to enjoy the payoff. I am so proud of her efforts and the results she was able to achieve!

Pretty lips before and immediately after treatment with hyaluronic acid filler. It often doesn’t take much to give back a little height, balance and hydration. So don’t be afraid of all the crazy you may see, because over here we are all about normal anatomy and keeping it real.

We want you to know that we see your beauty and believe it is so important to embrace your own brand of beautiful/fit/curvy or whatever you are going for. Every tummy tuck and breast surgery is just a little different based on baseline anatomy, genetics, architecture of the tissues, biologic age and activity level. Our job is to correct the thing that bothers you while enhancing the features that are already great. The end results don’t all look the same because we are all beautifully different.
