Just… the insurance gymnastics.

One of the notorious insurance companies is with da sh*ts... Again!!
Three months later.

Meanwhile therapists are still showing up, holding trauma, navigating crisis, documenting thoroughly, and waiting to get paid like it’s optional.

If you’re a therapist — I know you feel this.

If you’re a client — this is why sometimes your provider talks about deductibles, coinsurance, or private pay options. It’s not greed. It’s survival.

Drop a 🫠 if you’re navigating insurance chaos.
Drop a 💛 if you support paying therapists on time.

✨️Still navigating life...
