I am so proud of my students.
I challenged them to do a 6-week bootcamp. We based it off of my favorite format, R.I.P.P.E.D.
Our R.I.P.P.E.D. & Ready bootcamp was successful.
30 participants

Trying to get back to normal, even when I could not make it, they still got together, showed up, and followed through with the program.

I celebrated THEM last night.
