Hi Folks,

This group/series was already in the works; however, it seems this is a compelling time to get it going. I will be hosting a series of groups titled "Space to Feel, Space to Heal" where we will use movement, expressive techniques, and group sharing to process "big feelings" that women may not have the space to share.

There are two-time options, held on Wednesdays, in downtown Annapolis, MD. The flyer is attached and the link to pre-register is here.
