HITT exercise preserves muscle mass and lowers fat mass in older adults. 🙂 This is a great article on HITT. If you are looking for some HITT training go to Amazon Prime and check out Maggie Binkley HITT workouts. There is HITT 1.0 all the way to 10.0. You need a small space to do these in. She provides great workouts especially when it is freezing outside. You will need some hand weights but that is it. Check it out 🙂
