This is random and maybe it's just me but I frequently see events where it doesn't say who is presenting/facilitating the offerings.

With holistic/spiritual/energy work events i really need to know who is involved. Are folks out here paying for tickets to these events when they don't even know if the people involved are legit? Even if I like the venue that's hosting, I need to know who is doing what.

I'm willing to admit that I'm an old school Reiki Master but ain't no way just any old body is leading a circle, laying hands on me, reading me, etc.
Nope.
Energetic integrity is paramount.

Hi friends! 

I'm offering a new type of session starting this month.  Some of you have attended my group Spirit Sessions at my office in the past.  I decided that this would be a great virtual offering as well.  

Virtual Spirit Sessions are private one on one appointments with a brief distance Reiki session and intuitive Spirit messages using oracle cards and automatic writing. Sessions will be via Zoom.

These are one on one private zoom sessions ~unlike the in-person sessions they are not group sessions. 

Each session is approximately 45 minutes. 

Registration is open now and the first Session is this Thursday, April 17th.

I behaved myself at JAM Eateries today and opted for the Vegan Hash. Plant based chorizo was great. It could use a little more potatoes to balance out the heat but a big yummy cappuccino muffin (grilled with butter 🤣 ) evened everything out nicely.
I'm down 10lbs since the beginning of the year.

Hola everyone!

I've mentioned this in the past but I'm posting here as well as the student group.

I am having an in person Crystal Class on Saturday April 5th. If you took this class with me in the past virtually (or in person) and you would like to sit in on this upcoming class please let me know. During the pandemic we did an online version of the class and I know some of you wanted an in person experience.

February has been a challenging and heartbreaking month with the loss of Lupe.
I do want to take a minute to thank everyone who took the time to send messages, cards, and gifts. I'm so overwhelmed to know that you guys care so much. It's definitely been comforting to know I have such incredible friends.
I'm posting some pics of the gifts I've received.

The Lupe statue in the pics was custom made by Sally's Bits of Clay and gifted by Melissa Banks Ferguson. This is so amazing. She captured his coloring, markings, and even got the old man silver chin hairs. Alex noticed the dark tip of his tail. Thank you so much Melissa!

The sweet angel holding the dog is from Nancy Andrews-Bautista. So precious. Thank you so much.

Cards from the VEG pet ER signed by the staff and a packet of forget me not seeds.
Cards from family and Reiki clients too.

A super sweet homemade Hershey kiss filled with goodies from Jascha Sonis with her amazing artwork. This was a valentines gift but arrived at the right time when we were in the pet er.

A soup kit from Vanessa Gonzalez and Christina Marsh with 2 soups, rolls, and cookies. Thank you again ladies. This was a blessing when I didn't feel like cooking.

I'm so grateful for the outpouring of love as we process this loss in our family.

February has turned out to be quite a chaotic month so I'm pushing back dates for some classes.
First up, Reiki Level 1 certification is now on SATURDAY, MARCH 8TH!
If you've been thinking about learning Reiki as a part of your healing journey or to add to your healing modalities, this is a great place to start.
Upon completion of this class you will be able to give Reiki to yourself and others, including friends, family, pets, and plants!
