On this Good Friday; I encourage all of the people I know and care for to please take your health seriously. 9 years ago I woke up 250 lbs at 4'11 . My p*p told me I was unhealthy and suggested the Gastric Sleeve/ AKA Bariatric Surgery. She looked me in my face and said if I kept going; I wouldn't see my children grow up. I took her advice and had the surgery. People think it's the easy way out; which is so false. I cried the first 30 days after the surgery; I had no idea what I had gotten myself into. Fast forward to last summer; I gained almost 45 lbs of the 100 I lost. I needed assistance again. So I started Semaglutide with the help of Kisha Gilliard-Wise Today I am 143. People have said things behind my back and to my face about it... and I pay it Absolutely NO mind. This is my life ; I am happy with my choices and I am grateful I took charge of my life. Cancer, strokes, fatty liver disease and so much more is really taking people I love away from here . So today; I challenge you to go and get a complete work up done . There is no shame in getting healthy! I am an open book; if you need any advice just ask me. I love y'all for real!
