Hello everyone let’s put out thinking caps on and commemorate Black History Month. Prizes and shout outs will be given to the person that guesses the question correctly.

Who am? I am a poet and a prominent figure of the Harlem Renaissance. My contribution to American literature and my influence on the cultural movement that celebrated African American culture. Here are two “Who Am I?” questions tailored for Langston Hughes, a prominent figure in the Harlem Renaissance and American literature:

Question 1:

I am known for my jazz-inspired poetry and played a significant role in the Harlem Renaissance, advocating for African American rights through my writings. My poems, novels, and plays often depicted the joys and hardships of the working class, celebrating Black culture in America. “The Negro Speaks of Rivers” and “Montage of a Dream Deferred” are among my notable works.
