What we say behind a screen can hurt just as much as words spoken face-to-face. Cyberbullying can happen anytime, anywhere—and it can impact a child’s emotional and mental well-being.
Help your child understand that kindness, empathy and respect matter in every space—including online.
Encourage them to:
✔ Think before they post
✔ Choose kindness in comments and messages
✔ Speak up or get help if they see bullying
Kindness online starts with conversation at home.

Chance to win ends the 28th!

02/18/2026

2026 N.D. measles case count increased overnight to 7 statewide with the confirmation of another case in Pembina County. In addition, the number of hospitalizations tied to the 2026 measles cases has increased to two persons. See update at http://hhs.nd.gov/measles

02/16/2026

The 2026 N.D. measles case count rose over the weekend to 6 confirmed cases, including 5 in Pembina Co. and 1 in Williams Co. One person is hospitalized; four are over age 19. There are numerous public exposure locations that people contagious with measles visited. Others present at the identified locations on the dates and identified time spans could have been exposed to measles. See details and what to do if you were exposed to measles at hhs.nd.gov/measles.

Unvaccinated people are most at risk. However, as more measles cases circulate in the community, communities lose the benefit of community immunity (herd immunity), which is achieved when more than 95% of people in a community are vaccinated. This puts everyone at higher risk, especially the very young, individuals who are older, or immune compromised, and those who cannot be vaccinated for other health reasons.
