created to begin your journey to a balanced state. The SRT software is based upon the physical fact that every substance has its own unique energy signal or "energetic fingerprint." The BioScan database stores over 80,000 of these energetic fingerprints that may be stressors to the system. Using the FDA Cleared BioScan System thousands of stressors can be scanned in just a few minutes. The scanning process of the SRT allows the practitioner to test the effect of potential stressors and evaluate if it presents a problem. What is a stressor? A stressor is any biological, chemical, emotional or physical substance or factor that can cause the body to have a "strained" or "inappropriate" response to the particular stressor which can lead to permanent harm. What is stress? Stress in humans can result from a number of things: interactions between people, environmental conditions or contaminants, and emotional situations or interactions that are perceived by the body as straining or exceeding the adaptive capacities or threatening the well-being of the body. Who can be scanned with the BioScan SRT System? It can benefit every client whether it is used to address current issues or used as a proactive measure to maintain optimal efficiency and balance because stress affects everyone. In an overabundance of caution, the BioScan SRT is not used on pregnant women or on any person with any electrical device implanted in the body. One of the biggest misconceptions about hormone testing?

People think it’s only for someone with “major” problems.

But honestly… a lot of people are just tired of guessing.

They’re tired of:

* feeling exhausted
* waking up unrested
* struggling with brain fog
* crashing every afternoon
* feeling inflamed
* poor recovery

Not every transformation happens overnight.

Since mid-May, we’ve been slowly building sustainable habits together through:
• Nutrition changes she can actually maintain long term
• Consistent workouts
• Lab testing to understand what’s really going on
• Targeted supplementation based on her needs

Today she shared that her total cholesterol dropped from 263 → 220 and her LDL dropped from 164 → 137.

Are we completely done yet? No.
But this is what real health change looks like. Small, consistent changes over time that become a lifestyle instead of another temporary fix.

The people who push through the hardest are usually the ones whose bodies have been under stress the longest.

They’re still:

So nobody realizes how exhausted they actually are.

Sometimes not even them.

A lot of high-functioning women live in survival mode for so long that:

The scary part is…

One of the hardest things about nervous system dysregulation is…

Most people still keep functioning.

They still:

* go to work
* take care of kids
* work out
* answer texts
* show up for everyone else

So from the outside, they look “fine.”

But underneath?
Their body feels stuck.

I hear things like:

* “I’m exhausted but can’t relax.”
* “I wake up tired no matter what.”
* “My brain feels foggy.”
* “I feel anxious for no reason.”
* “I crash in the afternoon.”
* “I can’t recover from workouts anymore.”
* “My body feels inflamed.”
* “I’m tired but wired.”
* “I don’t feel like myself.”

The nervous system and hormones are deeply connected.
