Ashiatsu is for deep, effortless relief.
This is *not* your average massage.

Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique that uses the broad grounding pressure of my feet, not just my hands, to reach deep layers of muscle and fascia without the pokey elbow-y feel of traditional deep tissue.

With slow sustained gliding pressure, Ashiatsu helps decompress the spine, melt chronic tension and calm the nervous system. It feels deep *and* relaxing.

I use overhead bars for balance so I can control the depth and Pace perfectly and because the pressure is distributed more evenly than with hands or elbows, it's more comfortable - even when we go deep.

After 25 years and many massage spaces I'm finally building the one I've always wanted. Some have just served their purpose. Some have been unconventional. Many have been beautiful. This one feels different.

It's not done yet. But the calm is already here.

The space is being built with intention, so it will say 'you can let go' before I even start our session.
