The Phoenix Project The Phoenix Project is a Veteran-owned, transitional living Substance Abuse Treatment facility for men (Cave City, KY).

Services offered:
P*P to oversee all aspects of the member's health care needs including psychiatric medication management. Case Management to assist with Medicaid, SNAP benefits, transportation, court/probation/criminal charges, job training and education, gainful employment, and permanent housing upon graduation of the program. Peer Support Specialists on site 24/7 to conduct individual and group support meetings, develop recovery strategies, and respond to member emergencies. Outpatient mental health services including intensive outpatient program, individual therapy, and psychoeducation classes. Weekly recreation activities are offered including fishing, kayaking, hiking, biking, and social gatherings. We are also partnered with a local gym to offer free membership to the members of our program.
