Patriot Day & National Day of Service and Remembrance 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to honor the memory of the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to recognize the bravery of the first responders who risked everything to save others.

For many of us, that day began like any other—but it became one we will never forget. Out of the tragedy came courage, unity, and resilience.

💙 As we remember, we also look to serve. Patriot Day has become a National Day of Service and Remembrance, encouraging all of us to give back to our communities in meaningful ways—whether through volunteering, acts of kindness, or simply supporting one another.

Let us carry forward the spirit of compassion and unity that emerged from one of our nation’s darkest days. 🌿

🌿 Welcome to the GreenWell Health Team, Erica Heidelberger, APRN, FNP-C! 🌿

We’re excited to introduce Erica Heidelberger, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner from Minneapolis, Minnesota, who brings nearly 20 years of diverse nursing experience to GreenWell Health. Her background spans intensive care, dialysis, staff development, case management, emergency medicine, and wound care—making her a true asset to our team.

Erica earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Augsburg College and her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Throughout her career, she has been committed to serving underserved populations, recognizing how crucial access to education and quality care is for families and communities.

✨ On why she chose GreenWell Health, Erica shared:
