Hello everyone and happy new year! I am super excited to announce that my husband is joining my massage team!

Andrew Farias is a newer therapist but his talent is undeniable. He uses a combination of stretch, trigger point and relaxation massage to find the sources of restriction in the muscles and release them to increase range of motion and pain relief. He offers proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretch sessions, as well as deep tissue, sports, and relaxation massage.

We are ready to start booking for July! Almost every day when I go on Facebook I see reports of fires and I want to thank and show my appreciation to all the first responders for all that they do.

We use a combination of two different products: a oil based product to perform the massage and provide rapid pain relief, and a salve to finish and provide a longer lasting relief. The month of May is dedicated to giving moms the gift of relaxation. A massage allows us to turn off our mom brains and just "be" for an hour.

We are proud to offer the ultimate pamper in our new Scalp and Feet Ultimate Treat. 30 minutes dedicated to just a foot and scalp massages, includes our sugar foot scrub and a heated oil blend for the scalp. This can be done as a stand alone session or as an add on to a 60 minute session (90 minutes total). Normally $45 this is only $30 for the month of May!
