Near the end, as we were invited to take a deep breath and let it all go…
Marley let out a few big snorting exhales of her own —
and everyone burst into laughter. 😄🐴

Lighthearted. Joyful. Real.

Two women came this morning with no experience around horses… and something beautiful unfolded. 💜🐴

They came in open and curious, just willing to have the experience and see what happened.

What unfolded was quiet and deeply moving.

One horse stayed close, gently nuzzling and lingering around the heart… bringing up emotion and a sense of connection that went beyond words.

Another stood in deep eye contact and in that expansive presence, something shifted…from sadness to lightness, even a hint of wonder.

There were smiles and tears, and that feeling that’s hard to describe… when something inside you is touched in a way that feels both grounding and a little bit magical at the same time.

Again and again, we’re reminded how the horses meet each person exactly where they are.

No experience needed. No expectations.

Just space to breathe, feel, and connect — with them, and with yourself. 🌿

If your heart feels curious, you’re always welcome in the circle.

The wind had its own plans for today’s Horse Meditation Circle.

A little extra energy was in the air this morning… literally.💨

The wind was blowing pretty strongly, which at first felt like it might be a challenge. But as it turned out, the wind helped block the road noise and created its own little pocket of space around us.

Like the horses, we practiced accepting what we can’t control and simply being present with what is.

The horses were a little frisky when they were first turned out, but once we settled into the circle they became very calm. Chica was especially playful today, greeting someone who had been part of our work a couple of years ago by chewing on her chair, her sleeve, and even the top of her cap. It was pretty clear she remembered her and was hoping for a little attention. 😊

During our time together we talked about mindfulness and focusing on being aware of breathing in and breathing out. One member shared that she was thrilled to experience 20 minutes of real presence instead of getting pulled into the usual thoughts about life, kids, and responsibilities.💜

After the meditation, the horses moved easily among everyone, enjoying pets and attention while the group shared photos, laughter, and connection.

Grateful for this small circle today — the wind, the horses, the laughter, and the connection we share together. 🐴💜

The horses always remind us how much wisdom there is in simply slowing down and being present.

Yesterday’s Sound Bath & Horse Meditation held a beautiful, gentle energy.

Eighteen women gathered to pause, breathe, and simply be — surrounded by sound, open space, and the quiet presence of the horses.

In their own way, the horses reminded us how sensitive they are to the moment. They respond honestly to what’s happening around them, inviting us to do the same — to stay present, grounded, and open to whatever is unfolding.

It felt like a morning of softening… of letting the sounds wash through, of noticing what stirred inside, and of sharing space together without needing anything to be different than it was.

We are so grateful to Terri for sharing her beautiful sound healing, to the women who showed up with open hearts, and to the horses who continue to meet us with their steady, truthful presence.
