My new favorite duo is hitting the shelves this week. “Happy Hour” for a spin on shifting from work to home life without the iill effects of a cocktail. Then to follow dinner my “parasympathetic night cap” to turn off the fight or flight and shift someone into a state of relaxation in preparation for hearty night of rest.

Did a little math this morning. I have not regretted teaching or practicing yoga once in 15 years that’s well over 5k classes! That’s wild to think about!!! never once regretted moving my body through postures, as a matter of fact the days I feel like I don’t want to go in end up feeling the best when done!! I constantly wonder how people do not make the time to practice daily!!!

Curious about Herbal Remedies? Februarys Herbalism Workshop is all about the nervous system and digestive tract, how to calm the fight or flight and enable proper digestion. This is a hands on workshop, that includes a 1.5 hour lecture and multiple remedy sampling session. These workshops fill up and have limited seating.

I am always open to suggestions as to what topics people are wanting to learn about or even specific herbs. Please feel free to reach out.

The workshop is preregistration required as I need to prepare the correct amount of herbal remedies for sampling.

Sunrise at hidden in the hills studio 34. First day. People are already snatching up the goods and I haven’t even opened. come support local artists we are open the next two weekends from 10-5 fri-Sunday

This Friday. We are studio 34 my personal home studio. Come out and support the arts and the families stuck with artists parenting them 😝 they hve interactive maps and catalogs on line at the Sonoran arts league website
