Hi! My name is McKayla. I am a licensed and ASHA certified speech-language pathologist. I earned my Masters in Communication Science Disorders from Arizona State University and have experience working with speech and language disorders across the lifespan. Over the past several years, I have received specialized training and clinical emphasis in evaluating and treating adult neurogenic speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. I have worked in rehabilitating individuals recovering from a variety of injuries and diagnoses including stroke, traumatic brain injury, dementia, Parkinson’s, and more.

I hope to expand my services through Neuro Speech Rehab to help patients outside the hospital walls — to facilitate the often difficult transition back to home, school, work, and simply daily life.
