The purpose of this page is to make you think and to give you a nudge to finally take action to make your dreams a reality. You don't have to do it with me but I do hope you do it! The holiday season is fast approaching—a time filled with family, friends, festivities, and delicious food! However, it can also lead to the temptation of abandoning the hard work you've dedicated to your health and wellness.

But this year can be different! With a well-thought-out strategy and some expert guidance, you can enjoy your favorite holiday treats while preserving the progress you've made.

Whether you've made strides toward your health goals or found that your New Year’s resolutions faded by mid-January, there's still time to enhance your well-being.

I still need 2 volunteers for my project. Please reach out to me if you are interested. You can expect to leave your session with some insights and possibly an action or 2 to help you reach your goal!

Mondays are a great day for new beginnings!
With that in mind I am looking for 3 people who want to get a fresh perspective on their health and wellness journey:

Volunteer #1 - Let’s talk about your mindset around your health and wellness. Are there areas where you feel stuck and areas that are smooth sailing? Let’s explore the difference in your mindset between these areas.

Volunteer #2 - Do you have a behavior you are looking to change? A behavior you are hoping to avoid in the future? Let’s have a conversation about how being more aware of your bodily sensations can help you understand and improve your behavior.

Volunteer #3 - How’s your willpower? In this session we will discuss what willpower means to you and how much you think you have.

These sessions will help me complete an assignment for my Health and Wellness certification class.
I will need 1 hour of your time to chat via phone or zoom and there will be a few short forms for you to fill out.

But how often do we sit down and look a friend or family member in the eye and say with sincerity, “I love you”. Not as often as we should. We have all had a thought, an idea, or a dream we felt drawn to follow and explore. Whether it was a childhood dream to be an astronaut or a goal to start your own business at age 50, we have all felt the tug at our hearts and minds to follow a path. But, for many of us, we have also heard the words of friends, foes and loved ones telling us it is impossible: “You’re too old”, “You’re not smart enough”, “You don’t have the time/money”, “No one has done that before”, “You should give up”.
