Today has a lot of energy.

Mercury turns direct.

The Spring Equinox arrives.

The Sun enters Aries - the first sign of the zodiac.

The astrological new year begins.

And six planets are gathered in Aries all at once.
That hasn’t happened like this in a very long time.

If March has felt heavy, slow, or emotionally full - that wasn’t a mistake. The first three weeks were doing something. Clearing. Releasing. Getting you honest. Preparing you for what comes next.

Today things actually begin to move.

Aries doesn’t wait. It begins. It moves. It says - enough reflecting, enough hesitating, enough asking if you’re ready. You’re ready.

But here’s what I want you to carry into this new season: The clarity you found in the slowdown is the most important thing you’re bringing with you. Don’t leave it behind in the rush to start again.

Move forward. But move forward as yourself.

That’s what this equinox is really asking for.

Not a performance of a fresh start.

Mercury Retrograde ends today. But the real value of this cycle isn’t that it’s over. It’s what it showed you while it was happening.

This wasn’t a time meant to disrupt your life. It was a pause that helped you notice how you move through it. Where you rush. Where you hold tension. Where you speak before you feel. Where your body asks for steadiness and your mind tries to push forward anyway.

Mercury Retrograde always brings us back to awareness. Not awareness of mistakes, but awareness of patterns. It shows you how you communicate with yourself. How you listen. How you respond under pressure.

If things slowed down, that wasn’t failure.
It was information.

If conversations needed clarity, that wasn’t chaos.
It was honesty finding its way through.

Now you don’t move forward the same way.
You move forward with more presence.
With cleaner boundaries.
With deeper trust in your own timing.

This cycle didn’t delay you.
It refined you.

Happy Birthday Aries. ♈️ 🎂 🎉

Today the Sun enters Aries and the astrological new year begins.

This is the first sign of the zodiac. The beginning of everything. The moment the wheel starts turning again.

Aries is fire. It’s bold, determined, and unapologetically itself. It doesn’t wait for permission. It doesn’t overthink the first step. It just begins.

And that energy is available to all of us today - not just Aries.

Fresh starts. New direction. The courage to move toward what actually matters to you.
Aries reminds us that purpose isn’t something you find by waiting. It’s something you discover by moving. By trying. By being willing to begin before you feel ready.

The life lesson of Aries is a powerful one - learn to stand on your own, trust yourself, and keep your heart open even when it’s been hurt before.

Think about the last event you planned.

You had the vision. The list. The details handled.

And then something shifted.

Did it go exactly as planned? It rarely does.

This is what I call the illusion of control.

We don't grip because we're broken. We grip because at some point, control felt like safety. It made sense then. But we carried that habit into adulthood and now it runs in the background like an old program we forgot to update.

The work isn't about letting go of the plan.

It's about learning to trust yourself when the plan changes.

I wrote about this in this week's blog on Substack - including something I say to myself, my children, and every client I work with.

Only good things happen to me.

Not because life is perfect. Because I trust where I'm being guided.

This Wednesday at 6:23 PM AZ time we have a New Moon in Pisces.

And the timing of this one is worth pausing on.
This New Moon arrives just one day before the Spring Equinox. One day before Mercury turns direct. One day before six planets gather in Aries and the astrological new year begins.

That is not a coincidence.

This moon is the last breath before everything shifts.

Pisces is the final sign of the zodiac. It carries the wisdom of everything that came before it. It’s intuitive, compassionate, and deeply connected to what’s true beneath the surface. A New Moon in Pisces isn’t a loud beginning. It’s a quiet one. A seed planted in soft, still ground before the ground wakes up.

This moon is also sitting right where Saturn and Neptune just met. Which means what you’re planting isn’t just a wish. It’s a dream being asked to grow roots. To become something real. Something you’re actually willing to show up for.

New Moons are always about beginnings. But this one is asking a specific question: what do you actually want to begin? Not what you think you should want. Not what looks good. What does your heart keep returning to when nobody is watching?

That’s what you plant tonight.

The night of or the evening before, find a quiet moment.

Take a slow breath. Let your body soften.
Nothing to figure out right now.

Then write down one honest answer to this:
“If I trusted myself more, I would…”

Just one. Don’t overthink it.

Then write: “I am ready to begin.”

Fold it. Keep it somewhere safe. And let this New Moon mark the start of something true.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to be willing to feel safe in new beginnings.

They’re not made.

Not earned.

Not scheduled for when you finally get it together.

They’re seen, when you get out of your own way long enough to look.

Think of it like the sun behind clouds.

You’re not making the sun appear when the clouds clear.

It was there the whole time.

Friday is a good day to ask: What have I been carrying this week that kept the view blocked?

Anxiety? The story that something’s wrong with you? The pressure to figure everything out?

You can set that down.

The light isn’t waiting for you to be ready.

It’s already here.

Let yourself see it.

Tomorrow, Jupiter turns direct in Cancer.
And I want you to feel what that means for a moment.

Since November, Jupiter has been retrograde. The planet of expansion, growth, and trust has been asking you to go inward. To reflect. To stop reaching outward and instead ask yourself - what do I actually believe in? What am I actually building? What does growth even mean to me right now?

That season is ending tomorrow.

Jupiter direct in Cancer is a door that was slightly stuck finally swinging open. Not dramatically. Not all at once. But the resistance you may have been feeling - in your decisions, your direction, your sense of forward movement - starts to ease.

Cancer is home. Family. Safety. Emotional belonging.

So what opens now isn’t just opportunity. It’s trust. Trust in yourself. Trust that the inner work you’ve been doing since November was worth it. Trust that what you’ve been quietly tending is ready to grow.

Something quiet but significant is happening this weekend.

Today, Venus meets Neptune.
Sunday, Venus meets Saturn.

Two days apart. Two very different feelings.
Friday is soft and wide open. Your heart may feel more willing than usual. More hopeful. More expansive. Let it. Just keep your eyes open too.
Sunday arrives and the energy shifts. Saturn doesn’t do soft. Saturn does real.

Where Friday asked you to feel - Sunday asks you to look.

What in your relationships is actually grounded in truth? What have you been holding onto because it feels good to imagine rather than because it’s genuinely real?

Neptune opens the heart.
Saturn steadies it.

Together this weekend is asking one question:
What do I actually want? Not what I’m hoping for. Not what I’m afraid to lose. What is real, true, and worth choosing?

You don’t have to have the answer.

Just sit with the question.

That’s enough.

Feel safe in what’s surfacing this weekend. Your heart knows more than you think it does.

Some days life doesn’t go the way we expected.

Plans change. People disappoint us. Something breaks, ends, or shifts in a way we didn’t ask for.

Our mind is quick to label it.
“This is bad.”
“This shouldn’t be happening.”

But one of the spiritual lessons I come back to often is this:

What if the moment I’m judging… actually has something here for me?

Not everything that feels uncomfortable is wrong.
Sometimes it’s redirecting us.
Sometimes it’s clearing space.
Sometimes it’s simply asking us to slow down and see differently.

Peace doesn’t come from controlling every outcome.
It comes from loosening our grip and allowing life to show us something we couldn’t see before.

Today if something feels frustrating or off track, pause for a moment and ask yourself:

“What might I be missing here?”

Clarity often shows up the moment we stop fighting the moment.

And sometimes the reminder of what matters most is already right in our arms.

Some of the most successful people I know carry this belief quietly:
“I’m not enough.”

Not because they’re failing.
Not because they’re broken.
But because their nervous system learned early on that being human wasn’t
safe.

So they became exceptional.

And that belief doesn’t just hurt…
it drives.

It shows up as pressure.
Overthinking.
Perfectionism.
People pleasing.
Never fully resting.
Never fully receiving.

I wrote a new blog about this today.

Not from a “think positive” perspective.

From a real one.

Where this belief comes from, why it sticks, and a simple practice to start coming back to calm, clarity, and self-trust.
