Nelson Farms is a small-scale, FDA certified, food processing incubator that provides entrepreneurial agri-business opportunities for specialty food processors, farmers, growers, and producers. Students in several programs of study at SUNY Morrisville also use Nelson Farms as an experimental laboratory, gaining real-world experience in agritourism, marketing, entrepreneurship, dietetics/nutrition,

and value-added agriculture. Our Country Store is a New York specialty market which features products produced in our own kitchens as well as products from all regions of New York State, while our 4 Corners Tap Room offers locally-sourced craft brews. We always have at least four beers on tap, so stop by for a pint of your new favorite brew!
