If you know me, you know I’m a little obsessed with exploring all the different paths to wellness.
Classes, tools, techniques, practices, products, and information... I love taking it all in and using myself as the experiment. Not to “fix” anything, but to notice: what feels supportive right now, what I can realistically stick with right now, and what’s interesting but maybe meant for a later season or never again.
We’re living in a time where wellness is a huge space. New tools, information and modalities are constantly being placed in front of us. And while that can feel overwhelming, it’s also kind of incredible. We get to try things on, explore, and choose what resonates knowing that what works today might look totally different six months from now.
There’s no one right way. There’s only your way.... in this season.
