The world has been shifting to make us believe that in order to feel our best we need more stuff
 more gadgets, more protein, more subscriptions, more information or education, etc.

But what if what we actually needed more of didn’t cost us anything and couldn’t be bought online.

What if the secret was actually just more sunlight ☀, more movement (not necessarily in the gym, but a walk, gardening or dancing), more sleep, more breaths, more connection (face-to-face), more rest
 and a little less of everything else?

I’m not going to say that I don’t dream about getting a Peloton or a sauna, and I do strongly believe that the classes and services I offer help
. But I hate that we are always being told that we need to look outside of ourselves in order to feel our best.

Harvesting Sage offers services to help you understand your body and emotions on a deeper level.

When we slow down and learn to listen inward, we can stop fighting against ourselves. Our bodies begin to soften, we can finally exhale, and we can intentionally live in the direction of our values and dreams instead of just following what we've been taught or told.

This is where we can start working with our thoughts, emotions and body to create a life that feels good.

It's more than a practice or a service, but a re-learning that allows lasting shifts to occur.

The response to the last Meditation and Tea was so wonderful that I’d love to begin offering this as a monthly gathering for anyone craving space to rest and connect.

Gatherings will include a 30-minute guided meditation that can be experienced lying down, seated, or however you feel most comfortable, followed by time to sip tea, chat, and simply be in community together (stay until the end or leave whenever you need to).

There is a small $5 fee to help cover costs. If cost would prevent you from attending, please reach out and we can make it work.

We live in a world of constant stimulation.

Daily texts and Emails.
News from across the world in our pockets 24/7.
Pressure to achieve more, produce more, and just keep doing more... and just when we are feeling good, the direction of what we should be doing shifts thanks to a new trend.

When the body stays in chronic stress for long periods of time, it can become harder to fully rest, digest, recover, sleep, or feel balanced.

Reiki is not about “never feeling stress” or always feeling calm.

But about creating space to slow down, soften, and shift out of survival mode, even if just for a moment.

Many people experience Reiki as grounding and restorative, helping them feel more connected to their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom (sounds woo, but we all have it, just often choose to ignore it or don't always understand the wisdom coming through)

Reiki offers a tool to pause, settle down and return to yourself, and overtime it can build a skill that can really change how you feel and live.

**Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and not a substitute for medical care.

5-minutes to slow down and breathe can change your day. It can change how you feel, how you show up, and what you accomplish.

I know we are all in a time crunch, but can you take 5-min before getting out of the car (park the car first🙃 ), 5-min before getting in the shower or even while in the shower, 5-min before bed or before getting out of bed in the morning.
It can be before your first sip of coffee, a quick escape to the car during soccer practice or during your work break.

Get creative and give yourself 5-minutes. đŸ§˜â€â™€ïž
