🤰 Birth Doula Services – Support Every Step of the Way

A Birth Doula is a trained, non-medical professional who provides physical, emotional, and informational support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

With our program, you’ll receive:
•3 prenatal visits
•Labor & delivery support
•3 postpartum visits
•Personalized care, comfort measures, relaxation techniques, and resources to support your birth plan

💚 Cost: Free for low-income pregnant residents of Chenango, Madison, Oneida, and Onondaga Counties.

Evidence suggests that working with a doula can:
-Shorten labor
-Lower risk of C-section
-Reduce the need for pain medications
-Promote more positive birth and postpartum experiences
