Chiropractic care can help address “tech neck” by realigning the spine, relieving muscle tension, and improving posture through adjustments and exercises. Attention should be paid to preventing tech neck by taking breaks, raising devices to eye level, improving posture, and performing daily stretches and exercises like chin tucks and neck rotations to reduce strain on the neck and upper back.
