I strongly recommend going on a solo trip to rediscover who you are on a soul level. You will never regret it. How many times are you going to lie, gaslight and try to convince yourself that what is actually happening in front of your eyes isn't the truth and the delusional story you've created in your mind is the truth instead? Face it. You knew better. You saw the red flags. But instead of using them as the indicator to turn around and go the other way, you chased your inner child's fantasy. Hoping for a different ending than the one you experienced with a parent or caregiver who just could not show up for you and give you the love and support you truly needed. That's ok. There's no shame in trying to change that story and get the happy ending you were hoping for. To finally be seen, held, nurtured and loved unconditionally. Without wearing a mask. Without performing. Without people pleasing to be loved. You wanted to be enough. You wanted to be chosen. Honor those feelings. Allow yourself to witness the pain of the past while accepting that you did not get what you wanted, but you can now choose better and give that love you needed to yourself. And learn to forgive. Forgive anyone who could not reciprocate. Who could not meet you there. Maybe their inner child was running to stay safe. Whatever the reason, trust that you are always worthy and deserving of the love you freely give to the world. And if you don't think so, it's time to stop going to war with your wounds and finally face them head on. Sit in it. Grieve. Cry. Get mad. Let it go from your spirit. You can choose a new healing path at any time. The choice has always been yours. Namaste friends✌️🌌

You can show up as the most open, loving and vulnerable person and people who are not ready for that level of depth will reject it and/or take that for granted. That does not mean you stop being an open, loving and vulnerable person. What it means is that you have to develop discernment about who deserves it and who has earned it. Anyone can fake a frequency for a time, but they cannot out run the pattern they've created, the decisions they've made or the guilt from how they've treated you. Allow yourself to see the true colors of those around you, no matter who they are or what role they play in your life. Some of the biggest villians in your story are some or your closest people in your life. They are the biggest mirrors calling you home to yourself and the shadows you avoided by tolerating less than you deserved and calling it love out of loyalty and survival, not reciprocation and equality. Thank them for lighting the flame within you, awakening your rememberance of your path and for calling you back to who you truly are. In order to truly transcend and heal to the level you want to go, you have to let go. Let go of the stories you told yourself about who people were going to be. Let go of the version of you that you created out of that. Allow the spiritual death to occur so that the rebirth can finally take place. I'm cheering you all on to the other side and will meet you there. 🐦‍🔥🔥🫂

Just because you have spiritual gifts and abilities does not make you responsible to help every single person around you heal.

Sometimes the most loving thing you can do is to let people sit in the mess they've made, so they can lovingly confront their shadows, their decisions and rebuild themselves.

They'll regain their own inner strength and power if they do it on their own vs. you trying to do it for them.

Let's talk about dark night of the soul or ego death. What does it feel like? Your soul may feel restless, completely drained, depleated, depressed, overeat or have no appetite at all, crying at a level you never have before, have very vivid/wild dreams or nightmares, physical pain in the body, difficulty sleeping, flu-like symptoms, purging from the body, headaches, etc. You may be extremely irritable and likely to pop off very easily and you may not even know why. You may crave being alone. You may want to run away. You may want to give up on the spiritual journey altogether. Please know your feelings are valid. You are not going crazy. You are awakening at a deeper level. You are shedding layer by layer. And most importantly you are NOT alone and will be stronger on the other side💪🫂🌌💞
