LifestyleRx | Back-to-School Balance ✨
New school year = new routines. Between work, sports, homework, housework, and family time, it’s easy to feel stretched too thin. Right now, I’m focusing on one thing: time management, because I know that our family unit functions better with a plan. 🕒
Here’s what’s helping me:
✔️ Monthly dinner planning (hello, slow cooker nights 🙌)
✔️ A sack lunch “menu” the kids help pick from
✔️ Weekly meal prep for myself so I don’t skip meals and have a better chance to hit my protein goals 💪
✔️ Simple veggie prep to make healthy eating easier 🥦
It’s not perfect, but little systems help me show up with more energy (and less stress).
