November 🦃 Not much changing! Step Aerobics will be at 9:30 on Sundays so we can get the room warmed up for yoga! We will be closed for Thanksgiving and Black Friday.

I hate having this conversation but there have been a ton of late cancels in the early morning. We get it, it’s cold and dark outside but because of all the last minute cancellations, we are going to be a little more stern on the 3 person rule. We will need at least 3 people signed up by 9PM the night before to have early morning class. 3 people 30 minutes before all day time classes. I know we are all super busy, but if we could all be a little proactive and click that registration button, it would relieve a lot of stress over here! Thank you! 🫶 We want to make sure we are respecting our instructors time and energy. We are also a small business so it hurts a little bit when we write paychecks out for classes that only had two people. 😅 We hope you understand!

We finished a big project today!! Thank you to my husband for installing and a huge thank you to our generous member, Stephanie Arensdorf of Basecamp Financial Planners for donating the money so we could finally complete a goal we’ve had since opening the studio!
