With the new year we need to update insurance. Even if your insurance hasn’t changed, we need an updated copy on file every calendar year. Please bring your card to your next visit or send us a photo. Our team will help you get things changed if anything is different. We will also have a few papers to update at your first appointment of the year.

Sara is a psychiatric nurse practitioner dedicated to providing excellent mental health treatment to the greater cedar valley area. She is excited to focus on your mental wellness and help you achieve the outcomes you and your families deserve. She treats the patient, and not just the disease. Her vision is to provide comprehensive and inclusive mental healthcare. She sees patients as more than their diagnoses, but rather unique individuals having the potential for life-long health and wellness. Her mission is to provide the highest quality mental health care for individuals using my education, knowledge, and experience. She provides patient centered treatment plans to care for and advocate for patients, their families, and communities. Her treatment approach includes medication management, individual psychotherapy, and complementary modalities. She strives to address all areas of mental illness including causes, prevention, barriers to care, and treatment.
