Do you ever feel anxious about the topic of food or struggle with your body image? You’re not alone — healing is possible.

Join us at Candeo Counseling Center, where Christ-centered and clinically-informed practice collide! Join us for a 12-week group designed to help you:

✨ Reduce anxiety related to eating
🎨 Build emotional regulation skills through creative expression
