Four more opportunities to get your flu shot through one of our flu vaccine clinics. These clinics are open to students and staff. No appointment is needed for any of these clinics!

The Student Health Center will file a claim with your health insurance for the vaccine. If students do not have health insurance the cost is $50.

This week's Sunday Service Spotlight is our STI Testing! We offer the following tests: Syphilis, HPV in women, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Ge***al Herpes, and HIV. We have seen a rise in scooter and bicycles on campus, especially electric ones, but we have not seen a rise in helmet usage! Helmet usage helps reduce the chances of serious head injury by 60%.

In order to get more UNI students to wear helmets we have partnered with Hall Bicycle Company in Cedar Falls to offer a 20% discount to UNI Students on helmets. Stop by their location at 4302 University Ave E and bring your Student ID to receive this helmet discount.

This week's Sunday Service Spotlight is our service of providing physical exams. Are you needing a physical for work, school, or sports? Make an appointment with one of our medical providers!

Today, September 10th, is World Su***de Prevention Day. Opening up about your mental health journey—good, bad, or messy—creates space for healing. Let’s make silence a thing of the past. Start a conversation. Be the difference.

You can call or text 988 for yourself or if you are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support. No matter where you live in the United States, you can reach a trained crisis counselor who can help.

Other options for people in crisis also include calling 911 or going to the nearest hospital emergency room. For urgent situations outside of office hours, you can also call the Counseling Center at 319-273-2676 and press 2 to speak to a crisis counselor.
