If ANYONE runs out of food or necessities or times are just tough...please don’t let yourself or your kids go to sleep with an empty stomach. Don’t be afraid or embarrassed to send me a private message. I am more than happy to share whatever I can. I will drop and go. No one has to know and I will pretend it never happened. What's understood never has to be explained! ❤️❤️

Some studio updates:

There will be some major schedule changes coming to the studio, beginning mid-December. My family is moving for my husband’s job and I will have much more limited hours once we make the move. We will only be about 1.5 hours from Cedar Falls, so I’ll still likely teach occasionally and do special events but I’m just not totally sure on the schedule yet.

Thank you so much for everyone’s supportive these past few months and for helping me make a dream come true. It’s been completely amazing.

Stay tuned for more details - I’ll continue to update. If you have a 3, 5, or 10 class pass that you haven’t used yet, It’s a good idea to start using those before the class times get very limited.
