Iowa Beef Council and the Iowa Cattlemen's Association named the top 10 finalists from 5,400 votes. Good luck to all the finalists, but we have our eyes on three contenders looking to strike gold! The winner will be crowned May 1.

We know our K-12 teams serving students have to wear a lot of hats, so we expect the same versatility for the products we provide. Brandon Weiberg of Rich Products revealed the hidden talents of no-proof sub dough and transformed doughnuts into soft bagels. His virtual sessions focused on managing inventory and speed-scratch to offset labor shortage.
