Free community meals!!!

We are happy to say last Friday was a success! We gave around a hundred meals and we are ready to do it again! This Friday the 14th starting at 3:30 we'll be serving hot togo meals. This meal will be stroganoff with roasted zucchini and sliced sourdough. 💛

Thank you to our amazing staff for volunteering and to our community for making sure these resources are shared with those in need.

At Montage, we take pride in serving the community from families, companies, or people who are passing through town. It's important to us to make sure we help support those who have supported our small business. This is especially important during times when food benefits are being restricted.

On Friday starting at 3:30 pm, we will be giving hot meals for free until supplies last. This will be under a no questions ask policy. If you come and ask for a meal, we'll give you it. This Friday the meal will include chicken pot pie soup, bread, roasted carrots, and a truffle. Please enter through our back glass door for pick up.

We’re excited to welcome Danielle Malatek, APRN, AG CNS-BC, PMHNP-BC, to our team!

Danielle is an advanced practice nurse with extensive experience across psychiatry, adult–gerontology, and integrative mental health. Her clinical focus includes mood disorders, veteran-related issues, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and co-occurring substance use. She works with both adults and children, bringing a warm, compassionate approach to every session.

Danielle provides medication management and integrative mental health care to support each client’s unique needs.

Danielle will begin seeing clients starting on November 18th and currently has openings available.

Danielle accepts Most commercial insurance and Private Pay options.

VIRTUAL POETRY SLAM
📖What is a virtual poetry slam? Indiviudals will be sharing poetry in a group (virtual) setting!
📖Who can join this event? Anyone over the age of 18 can join this poetry slam. Some poems may have mature content, so we ask no children please.
📖Who can submit/share poems? Again, anyone! We will open the floor to anyone to share their poems, but we ask that you sign up so we know approximately how many people we will have sharing!
📖Can I share anonymously? Yes! We will be using a virtual video platform where you are able to choose your name/title. You are welcome to use whatever title you feel most comfortable with, please use your full name when signing up though (only the host will see this)! When sharing you are encouraged to have your video on, but it’s not required!
📖What kind of poems should we share? Poetry is a unique art form that allows for creativity and imagination. Poems can hold any topic/length/format. ‼️This will be an opportunity for individuals to share their poetry, some poems may have topics of mental illness, grief, su***de, or other triggering topics. We will ask each particiapnt to notify the host of any potential triggers in their poems so the audience is aware. If you feel as though you will be triggered by a poem, you encouraged to silence the video, or walk away. THIS IS NOT A THERAPEUTIC SETTING.
