Northeast Iowa area, we've been blessed with the addition of Bailey Sadler, LISW! She has a satellite office in Decorah, and sees clients in person and via telehealth. We're so fortunate to have her join our team!

Bailey is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) who serves clients of all ages for individual counseling. She utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy by implementing techniques from CBT, solution-focused, strength-based therapy, and somatic processing. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, family and/or relationship conflicts, and unresolved trauma. She strives to empower her clients and help guide them through their journey in life towards growth and healing.

We are honored to introduce Nic Trip, LMSW as our most recent addition to The Olive Branch!! We feel truly blessed, as Nic brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field. Nic is now scheduling clients for individual therapy, with appointments available soon!

Nic is a Licensed Masters of Social Work (LMSW) who specializes in LGBTQ+ counseling. Nic utilizes trauma-informed practices and care for all clients, and is trained to respond to all ages. They have specific expertise working with those who have experienced sexual violence, other related traumas, and PTSD symptoms. She also has a deep commitment to providing therapy services for those within the LGBTQ+ community, and dedicates time outside of their practice to advocacy and community work for the q***r community. Nic's therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy practices, comprehensive and holistic care, as well as a trauma informed lense. We’re feeling incredibly grateful for the growth we’ve experienced at The Olive Branch this year, and we’re beyond excited to welcome Olivia Brecht to our team. Her addition is truly valuable and we can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make.

Olivia is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) providing therapy services to all ages. She has a passion for empowering individuals to navigate life’s challenges, overcome obstacles, and unlock their full potential. With her personal and professional experience, Olivia brings a deep passion particularly for mental health within the sports community, along with a strong skill set to support and serve seniors. We’ve kept this addition under wraps while she experienced her own beautiful addition to her family, but now we’re ready to yell it from the rooftops! She specializes in working with youth (age 8 and up), teens, and young adults.
