Class description:
•Recover & Reset
Using a combination of Diaphragmatic breathing, Barre, Self-trigger point release and Stretching we will reset our bodies to continue to reach our optimal health.
Stretching our muscles helps our body recover from long days and workouts by reducing the risk of burn-out/injuries through increasing oxygen intake, flexibility and range of motion.
•Pilates & Pump
Our bodies recieve the best of both worlds in this class, by being able to stretch and workout. Using pilates moves with the options of weight to strengthen our body through proper form and technique.
We begin with energetic stretching and end with recovery stretching to maximize our workout.
•Mobility & Flow
Moving our bodies through a series of deep stretching moves with diaphragmatic breathing,We are able to relax and increase blood flow.
Using a yoga mat, blocks and pilates ball to assist in our movements.
