A little milestone over here - my sign is officially up at Seerley Square!!
It might sound a little cheesy, but seeing my very first sign as a business owner honestly made everything feel so much more official. My name is now on the entrance as well, and there is just something about that moment that really hits differently!
Add in the sunshine Iowa gave us this weekend which we all desperately needed and it just felt like the perfect little reminder that good things are happening.
I stopped by the office yesterday to catch up on some laundry/cleaning and my littlest princess came with me. When I told her about the sign, she immediately demanded a photoshoot by it. 😊 She may not fully understand what it means yet, but she was definitely excited for mama. 💛
Small moment, big feelings, and I'm soaking it all in. And honestly, I'm just really proud of this little business of mine.

Busy day ahead meant I needed a little energy boost this morning, so I finally stopped into Cedar Falls Nutrition for the first time!
I’ve heard a lot about their drinks having things like caffeine, collagen, and hydration boosters, so I figured it was time to check it out for myself. I ended up trying the “Warrior” protein sipper and it is sooo good!
The staff there were awesome too. They answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable as a first-timer, and hooked me up with a great drink to power through a busy day of massage appointments.
If you haven’t tried this place yet, you should definitely make a point to stop in and see what they have!
