We all have mornings where we wake up feeling a bit less enthusiastic about the day ahead. Maybe we’re overworked, overwhelmed or just plain tired. As medical professionals we are responsible for providing all of our patients with quality compassionate care; sometimes this can feel a bit draining. Because we work with energy maintaining a strong structure for our personal energy is vital to our success as healers and our long term health.
