The in me was joyous in exploring this palace—Quinta da Regaleira 🏰 lots of hidden meaning through the grounds and castle with it being built in the Freemasons Order and philosophy. This experience was the highlight of this trip and I highly recommend it! The moment we entered the grand iron gates, we were transported into another time and blended into an altered state. The veil was definitely thin here 💞

I made that!!! Discovered woodworking and found my way to practice patience and feed my need to create 🥳🙌🏽🫠 it was intimidating at first but once I used one machine, then another—it was smooth sailing from there. Never thought that I’d find the roar of the saw and the screech of the sander to be so calming 😂 Can’t wait to make more things! lol!

On my ish but Quinn was not having any of it 😂🫠🫣 a snippet of an hour home practice which exercised the entire emotional spectrum. From frustration and anger to joy and excitement. I just have to keep reminding myself that I have to roll with her and give her time to adjust while honoring my tough love way of coaching. We got this; I think. 😂
